Manager, HR Systems (Successfactor EC)

As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading the functional strategy, CR governance, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions globally. Your role will involve driving implementations, system optimization, Release management, and continuous improvement while managing a team of functional consultants. You will also play a key role in leveraging automation and AI-driven capabilities to enhance HR processes, data quality, and employee experience. Responsibilities: - Lead the HR Systems (SAP SF EC Core) strategy, delivery, and operations. - Manage people leadership and team management. - Enhance digital employee experience through automation and AI enablement. - Handle vendor and stakeholder management effectively. - Provide technology insights, analytics, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in HR, Technology, Business Systems, or a related field. - Strong experience working with HR systems and usage of JIRA and ServiceNow applications. - Expertise in leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver enterprise outcomes. - Proven ability as a people manager to lead diverse, global teams and foster innovation, agility, and continuous learning. - Proficiency in HCM systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. - Hands-on experience with automation (RPA tools like UiPath or similar), AI/ML features, virtual agents, case management optimization, and predictive analytics within HR platforms. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-influencing skills. - Experience working in matrixed organizations and driving adoption of global HR technology solutions.
