As a Risk and Internal Control Manager in the Cyber Security Risk & Compliance team at dsm-firmenich, your role involves collaborating with Cyber Chapters, business units, and business partners to identify, assess, and manage cyber security risk management processes and continuous controls monitoring activities. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels, contributing to the success of the organization's strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the Cyber Security Risk & Compliance Framework and Continuous Control Monitoring process - Executing Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Effectiveness (TOE) for Cyber Security controls - Reporting and monitoring results of Risk assessments and TOE - Supporting the deviation management process - Assisting risk and/or control owners in managing risks and controls effectively, providing risk oversight, challenge, and advice on key decisions, and proactively identifying potential risks **Qualifications:** - Master's degree in digital, IT, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Internal Control, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Advanced understanding of Cyber Security Risk Management, internal control, and internal auditing - Interest or experience in quantified risk management methodologies - Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO27001, NIST, IEC62443, and the ability to apply them in practice - Strong business understanding and partnering skills - Stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage with different levels within the organization **Additional Details:** At dsm-firmenich, you will find a space that fosters growth and encourages curiosity.
