Manager - Controllership - CA

As a Finance Controller, your role will involve preparing detailed financial reports and statements in compliance with accounting standards such as Ind AS/IGAAP. You will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, while also developing and enhancing internal financial controls to minimize risks. Your responsibilities will include handling corporate taxation, transfer pricing, SEZ compliances, internal audits, and statutory audits. Additionally, you will be involved in budgeting, financial forecasting, and providing insights in these areas. Monitoring cash flow, managing relationships with bankers, accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, payroll, and reconciliations will also be part of your duties. You will be required to manage technical accounting aspects and ensure compliance. Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance and accounting team will be crucial in this role. Qualifications Required: - CA qualification is mandatory. - 10-15 years of experience in Finance Controllership, preferably within R&D/Engineering Centres/GBS/GCC/Pharma/Manufacturing sectors. - Global exposure in finance operations and handling multiple entities. - Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Willingness to be based out of Hyderabad.
