- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, physicians, hospital liaisons, and community partners.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and service excellence.
- Establish and nurture strategic alliances with hospitals, senior care physicians, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Partner with marketing teams to design, execute, and evaluate local engagement events, health expos, and awareness drives.
- Represent the brand in key forums to expand reach, visibility, and influence across the regional market.
- Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance, lead conversion ratios, and occupancy metrics.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and market dynamics.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring all leads, touchpoints, and progress stages are tracked meticulously.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values of empathy, dignity, and respect in all professional interactions.
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and local community programs.
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives by sharing client success stories and impact narratives.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - ideally in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or service industries.
