Manager /Asst Mgr / Sr Recruitment

You will be responsible for leading recruitment operations at SRV Agadi Hospital, focusing on hiring both medical and non-medical personnel to ensure the organization continues to attract top-tier talent for exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading recruitment operations for medical and non-medical positions including doctors, nurses, and operations staff.
• Managing high-volume, multi-location hiring processes.
• Implementing recruitment best practices, healthcare hiring protocols, and employment laws.
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools, specifically Spine Software.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Maintaining a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Kannada language and experience in team handling.

Qualifications required for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-6 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare organization recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and digital sourcing techniques.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHHR) is preferable.
