Management Representative

Act as primary liaison between top management and departments to ensure quality management systems (QMS) are established, implemented, and continuously improved per ISO standards.

Monitor QMS performance, conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and drive corrective/preventive actions across all processes and functions.

Report QMS effectiveness, audit results, and improvement needs directly to senior leadership; promote customer focus and risk-based thinking throughout the organization.

Coordinate external certification audits, liaise with certification bodies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and contractual requirements.

Facilitate management reviews, cross-functional meetings, and training programs to build QMS awareness and capability at all levels.

Develop and maintain QMS documentation including procedures, work instructions, and records; integrate quality requirements into business processes.

Promote continual improvement culture through data analysis, employee engagement, and strategic process optimization initiatives.
