As a Machine Maintenance Engineer at Supreme Facility Management Limited, your role involves the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of facility equipment and building systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems within the facility to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment including HVAC systems, DG sets, compressors, pumps, elevators, and utility machinery.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, control panels, motors, and backup power systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service logs, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and facility standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems such as plumbing, fire safety systems, and lighting.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving improvements.
- Maintain an adequate stock of critical spare parts and tools.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 36 years of experience in facility management or industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and utility equipment.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS).
