Job Description

As a Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales Executive, your role involves selling LAP products for the organization and executing the LAP strategy to surpass regional goals. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential channel partners and ensuring tie-ups align with the business plan.
  • Managing relationships with DSAs, connectors, and individual contacts to generate business leads.
  • Monitoring the distribution network and organizing sales promotion activities.
  • Handling documentation and assisting customers with application files to resolve any issues.
  • Coordinating with support functions to ensure optimal Turnaround Time (TAT) and service delivery.
  • Providing feedback to customers on loan status and addressing any required resolutions.
  • Cultivating a customer-centric culture of satisfaction within the team.
  • Maintaining databases, generating Management Information System (MIS) reports regularly.
  • Cross-selling insurance and related products.

Qualifications and experience required for this role:

  • Graduation/MBA from a reputable institute with a specialization in sales, marketing, or finance.
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in selling LAP products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze business financials and assess case health.
  • Proficiency in building relationships, networking, and managing internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and high integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
