As a Linux Server Administrator in the DACH region for M365Consult, you will play a crucial role in mentoring development teams through practical training sessions focused on real-world scenarios in IT infrastructure and DevOps. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Linux environments such as Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL, including server setup and configuration. - Deploy and maintain Docker containers using orchestration tools and manage them effectively. - Configure NGINX Proxy Manager, reverse proxies, DNS, firewalls, and network security. - Administer PostgreSQL databases, including tuning and backups. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. - Monitor performance and security using Netdata and provide hands-on training to the teams. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5 years of practical Linux system administration experience. - Expertise in Docker containerization and orchestration, as well as SSH server management. - Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting, NGINX, Apache, Traefik reverse proxies. - Experience in PostgreSQL administration, network and firewall security, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. - Strong problem-solving skills and experience with monitoring tools.
