Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer at this company, your primary role will involve contributing to visual ideas, creating original designs, managing projects, analyzing performance, and continuously learning and improving your creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideation:
- Contribute visual ideas during campaign and client strategy discussions.
- Create mood boards and mock-ups to establish clarity of visual concepts.
- Support pitch ideations and conceptual presentations.
- Contribute to thumbnails and other visual concepts for video content.
- Execution:
- Deliver creatives aligned with campaign and client objectives.
- Ensure minimum revisions by producing high-quality original designs.
- Create mock posts or collateral wherever required.
- Timely update retainer optimizations and maintain creative asset bank.
- Management & Coordination:
- Communicate TATs for revisions and impromptu deliverables.
- Maintain MIS, including tracking deliverables, updates, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and raise discrepancies in operations.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Submit creatives for quality check (QC) before release.
- Track and report performance of social and performance creatives.
- Maintain accurate records of data, tasks, and creative deliveries.
- Research & Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Implement learnings from trainings and workshops in day-to-day work.
- Explore new tools and techniques to improve creative output.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and digital design trends.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative visuals.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing social media, performance marketing, and client-focused design work.
