As a Senior Retail Business Analyst specializing in Data & AI/ML within the Retail & CPG domain, your role is crucial in driving retail transformation through cutting-edge AI/ML and data-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end business requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and discovery sessions to translate complex retail challenges into structured requirements. - Designing innovative AI/ML solutions for various retail functions such as merchandising, Ecommerce, supply chain, marketing, store ops, and pricing. - Analyzing large retail datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies while ensuring data quality assessment. - Identifying and evaluating high-impact AI/ML opportunities across retail for demand forecasting, recommendation engines, inventory optimization, and more. - Leading the creation of client proposals, solution decks, RFP responses, and use case catalogs. - Collaborating closely with technical teams, retail stakeholders, PMO, UX designers, and leadership to ensure project alignment from ideation to deployment. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field. - 812+ years of experience in Retail Consulting, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation. - Proven experience in AI/ML-led transformation programs, particularly with mid to large Retailers in Europe or the US. In addition to technical and analytical skills, you should possess deep retail domain expertise covering areas like Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain, Ecommerce, and Customer Analytics. Your business acumen and consulting skills will be essential in designing data-driven and AI-enabled retail solutions, as well as in engaging with business stakeholders and internal teams effectively.
