Lead Python Developer

You will be responsible for the following: - **Team player**: You will work effectively with teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and risk management skills. - **Technical Leadership**: You will handle ambiguous requirements, design solutions, and independently drive delivery to customers. - **Hands-on coder**: You will utilize AI to implement solutions across Reactjs, Python, DB, UnitTest, TestAutomation, Cloud Infra, and CI/CD Automation. You are required to have: - Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures & algorithms, networking, RDBMS, and distributed computing. - 8-15 years of experience on the Python Stack with knowledge of Behave, PyTest, Python Generators & async operations, multithreading, context managers, decorators, and descriptors. - Proficiency in Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or SQLAlchemy. - Expertise in Microservices, REST/gRPC APIs design, Authentication, and Single Sign-on. - Experience in delivering high-performance solutions on the Cloud. - Some experience in Frontend technologies such as Js & Nextjs/ReactJs. - Some exposure to DevOps, Cloud Infra Automation, and Test Automation.
