Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred). - 7+ years of experience in ML/AI with successful model deployments. - Preferred experience in RegTech/Fintech or interest in applying ML in Fintech solutions. - 2+ years of team management or mentorship experience. - Expertise in ML frameworks, MLOps platforms, cloud infrastructure, Python, and big data tools. - Soft skills including innovation-driven mindset, strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
