Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Lead, your primary focus will be on developing and executing marketing strategies to drive measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with leadership to plan and implement marketing initiatives across various channels. Your ability to think strategically and act independently, especially in content creation, paid media, and growth experiments, will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Growth Strategy & Planning: - Collaborate with leadership to create comprehensive marketing strategies for clients in both B2B and B2C sectors, with a preference for B2B SaaS and B2B Commerce. - Translate strategic plans into actionable steps across different channels. - Identify high-impact growth opportunities for the business. - Demand Generation & Acquisition: - Develop and execute campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Search) and Meta Ads. - Implement Account-Based Marketing (B2B) strategies. - Focus on driving lead generation and targeted marketing initiatives. - SEO, AI Search & Content: - Contribute to AI search optimization strategies. - Establish content frameworks and topic clusters. - Create and edit high-quality content aligned with AI Search principles. - Collaborate with Technical SEO for effective content execution. - Experimentation & Optimization: - Design and conduct A/B tests for campaigns and landing pages. - Identify performance gaps and optimize strategies based on data analysis. - Enhance lead quality and conversion rates through continuous experimentation. - CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: - Design lead nurturing journeys to improve customer engagement. - Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for effective lifecycle marketing. - Enhance conversion rates across different stages of the customer lifecycle. - Analytics & Performance Tracking: - Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics. - Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns. - Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks for performance evaluation. - Client & Stakeholder Management: - Lead marketing discussions with clients and stakeholders. - Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. - Ensure alignment across internal teams to drive cohesive marketing efforts. Qualifications Required: - 36 years of experience in growth/performance marketing. - Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, content strategy, account-based marketing, brand positioning, and messaging. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes. - Quick learner with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have: - Experience working with clients in the US. - Previous experience in startups or agencies (highly preferred). - Understanding of AI search and emerging discovery technologies.
