Job Description
You will be leading the Marketing and Media Analytics team, focusing on data-driven decision-making to enhance media investments and marketing performance. Your primary responsibility will involve developing advanced analytical frameworks to transform intricate data into impactful business strategies for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Unified Measurement frameworks.
- Analyze cross-channel media data (Digital, TV, Print, OOH) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Offer data-driven recommendations for media budget optimization and forecasting to enhance reach and conversion.
- Supervise the creation of automated real-time visualization tools for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to brand teams, presenting complex analytical insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring quality deliverables and continuous technical upskilling.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python or R, and advanced SQL for data manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio for data visualization.
- Sound knowledge of statistical modeling, regression analysis, and machine learning applications in marketing.
- Familiarity with AdTech/MarTech ecosystems such as Google Analytics 4, Ads Manager, and Clean Rooms.
- A Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, MBA, or a related quantitative field.
