As a Senior AI Engineer at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the innovation of AI-driven solutions with a global impact. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of AI-driven applications, focusing on RAG-based chatbot solutions. - Architect robust solutions using Python and Java to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. - Deploy, manage, and scale AI applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance and resource utilization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project scopes, and deliver effective solutions. - Mentor team members, offering guidance on best practices in software development, AI methodologies, and cloud deployments. - Ensure solutions meet quality standards through thorough testing, debugging, performance tuning, and documentation. - Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to incorporate best practices and innovation into our products. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering. Required Skills: - Strong programming skills in Python and Java. - Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based chatbots or similar generative AI applications. - Proficiency in AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and API Gateway. - Solid understanding of AI methodologies such as NLP, vector databases, embedding models, and large language model integrations. - Project leadership experience, managing technical deliverables and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Preferred Skills: - AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Machine Learning Specialty). - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts clearly. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate technical challenges effectively.
