Job Description
As a Lead in HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for managing HR Operations functions and providing support to a diverse employee base of 10,000. Your role will involve overseeing the complete lifecycle management of employees, serving as a single point of contact for data, processes, and policies. You will play a crucial part in building a strategic vision for the department by implementing systems, processes, and policies. Additionally, you will review payroll and people costs, approve budgets, maintain internal HR systems, and implement best HR practices. Leading a team of professionals, you will handle a variety of administrative duties across different departments, showcasing excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex HR transformation programs to design, develop, and implement new employee experiences, HR operating models, and digital HR solutions.
- Oversee the internal HR system and database, manage business partners, and provide necessary inputs.
- Handle the complete hire-to-retire suite, including induction, onboarding, grievance resolution, and employee counselling.
- Utilize SAP for processing employee transactions and Excel for running reports and audits.
- Lead the digital HR strategy by supporting and managing process transitions and HR automation initiatives.
- Transform HR functions from operational to strategic, focusing on talent pooling and the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Present HRIT business cases and roadmaps, designing employee services based on interaction models with automation.
- Ensure smooth migration of processes and systems to HR Shared Services (HRSS) with a foundation in compliance, audits, and payroll management.
- Drive an SLA-driven culture and establish metrics for service delivery, while simplifying and standardizing processes for efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with incentives and benefits.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills through educational opportunities.
