Lead Fullstack Engineer-Python | React.js

As a Product Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving product development from inception to launch in a startup-style environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing end-to-end product delivery, translating business goals into actionable product roadmaps, and architecting solutions using modern architectural patterns. - Working closely with engineering teams across Python, Node.js, React/React Native, and Docker-based environments to ensure successful execution. - Overseeing deployment and infrastructure strategies on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure scalability and resilience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and tech investments, maintaining high-quality standards through DevOps and automated testing pipelines. - Coaching and mentoring engineers and product contributors to foster a culture of ownership and excellence. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 812 years of experience in full-stack product delivery, including leadership in 01 product environments and a deep understanding of SaaS product lifecycles. - Proficiency in modern software architecture such as hexagonal architecture, DDD, and microservice design, with technical expertise in React, React Native, Python, Node.js, Docker, CI/CD tools, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong communication and decision-making skills, along with the ability to manage multiple product threads under tight deadlines. Nice to have skills include exposure to event-driven architectures, experience with monorepos and modular services, background in developer tooling or B2B SaaS domains, and previous experience as a tech lead or engineering manager in early-stage startups.
