Lead Full Stack Developer

You are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with proficiency in Angular framework and relevant experience working with .Net. You should have a good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID design patterns, RESTful services, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Regarding DevOps and Cloud, you should possess knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure in Azure and AWS, with a focus on building scalable, distributed systems. A good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience working with tools like GitLab, Azure DevOps, and AWS CodePipeline is required. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a Sr. Software full-stack developer, including both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (middleware and services) development. - Collaborating with SRE and DevOps to automate and streamline continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Working closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to understand product requirements and develop technical requirements. - Ensuring that product expectations are met, validating that code adheres to high standards through code reviews, testing, and stakeholder feedback. - Leading the development of software solutions, considering full-stack technologies, best practices, and patterns like object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and RESTful APIs. - Participating actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to manage tickets, estimate work, and track progress. - Ensuring seamless integration with cloud PaaS services when necessary, creating hybrid cloud solutions that leverage both AWS and Azure for optimal performance and scalability. - Analyzing and debugging complex systems, identifying issues, and providing solutions in both production and development environments. - Acting as a technical representative in scrum teams, collaborating with product owners, scrum masters, and other team members to prioritize work. - Creating technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API specifications, and user guides. - Leading a team of engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. - Collaborating with the project management team to estimate project timelines, set realistic goals, and report progress to stakeholders and management. - Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. - Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.
