Lead Frontend Developer

Role Overview: As a Product Development Engineer III (Front End Developer) at Phenom, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end applications. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Your primary focus will be on implementing front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Js, and other modern front-end technologies. Additionally, you will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications - Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces - Implement front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Js, and other technologies - Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize applications for speed and scalability Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of Software Development experience in JavaScript, Angular Js/React JS - Strong knowledge and proven experience of Semantic HTML5 and Responsive Cross-Platform CSS - Knowledge of OOP, JavaScript - Hands-on coding experience, with DSA experience - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in English - Experience working in an Agile environment - Eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail - Understanding of UI/UX principles - Team player with a self-learning attitude - Preferably from a product background Additional Company Details: Phenom is an AI-Powered talent experience platform with a global presence across 6 countries and over 1,500 employees.
