Lead - Delivery Management

As an IBP Lead Inventory Optimization, your role involves designing and implementing successful SAP IBP solutions in customer organizations. You will collaborate with Sales and Delivery Teams to expand the Services Business around IBP in alignment with the organizational strategy. Additionally, mentoring junior IBP team members and contributing to the development of assets and accelerators within SAP IBP are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. It is mandatory to have experience in at least two end-to-end IBP implementations excluding rollouts. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement successful SAP IBP solutions in customer organizations - Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Teams to expand the Services Business around IBP - Mentor junior IBP team members - Contribute to the development of assets and accelerators within SAP IBP - Lead and conduct Design workshops involving Business and IT teams - Conduct User Acceptance testing and Business user training sessions - Work on complex configuration scenarios and create planning areas, key figure calculations, planning views, application jobs, and other required setups for Inventory Optimization module - Demonstrate expertise in Single level, Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization techniques, What if analysis, Inventory component calculations, and Modelling storage constraints - Understand ECC Master data and Transaction data from a planning standpoint Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Engineering, Post Graduate MBA, MTech, MS in Operations Management SCM preferred - Minimum ten years of Supply Chain Planning Experience with at least three years in SAP IBP - Desirable experience in SAP APO or other Planning solutions would be an added advantage Please note that the JD does not contain any additional details about the company.
