Lead Backend Developer (Node Js)

Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and create a schema for RDBS. - Define and communicate technical and design requirements. - Develop high-quality reusable code. - Work proficiently in IDEs like VS Code, WebStorm, etc. - Collaborate with BA teams to meet requirement criteria. - Participate in the creative process and think innovatively. - Write time-efficient, space-efficient, and generic code. - Oversee and address technical challenges during development. - Deliver user story development based on acceptance criteria. - Prepare LLD (Low-level document) for better understanding by other developers. - Engage in the entire application life cycle with a focus on coding and debugging. - Stay updated on new technologies and best practices. Requirements: - Hands-on experience in backend web development. - 7+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Git and Bit Bucket. - Strong grasp of node JS/express JS concepts. - Excellent problem-solving skills using JavaScript/Typescript. - Ability to resolve real-time problems through code. - Familiarity with Agile software development. - Good understanding of JSON. - Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. - Exposure to cloud services like AWS or Azure is advantageous. - Ability to estimate ETA and deliver accordingly. - Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
