Job Description
As a Network Support Engineer, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Basic Router Configuration and network Troubleshooting
- Monitor Network infrastructure and provide L1 Network support
- Manage CISCO routing, switching and WAN technologies and network services leverage tools
- Handle incident/Task related to network by following process and standard
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in enterprise WAN environment
- Remote management and monitoring of network operations
- Coordinate with Various telecommunication services providers (ISP) to resolve circuit problems
- Open ticket with OEM and coordinate with OEM for replacement and regular updates to stakeholders
- Prepare daily call summaries
- Network devices IOS upgradation
- Have a basic understanding of network management protocols like SNMP, SSH, Syslog
- Customer Handling
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Experience in basic router configuration and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of CISCO routing, switching, and WAN technologies
- Familiarity with network management protocols like SNMP, SSH, Syslog
- Strong customer handling skills
- Ability to coordinate with telecommunication service providers for issue resolution
