Junior Finance Controller

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, ensuring compliance with exchange regulations for a listed entity, managing statutory audits, and related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of Ind AS Financial statement & related activities. - Liaising with statutory auditors during Quarter-end Limited Reviews and Annual Audit. - Preparation & submission of quarterly financial results as per SEBI LODR regulations to the respective exchanges of a listed entity. - Preparation and review of EIR, ECL, and other Ind AS accounting and adjustments. - Regulatory & Compliance related certifications. - Variance Analysis of income & expenses to track monthly trends. - Ensure adherence to internal and external audit guidelines. - Liaising with internal departments for tax, governance, compliance matters, etc. Qualifications Required: - CA qualification.
