Jr UX/UI Designer

As a Junior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while focusing on enhancing user experience aspects. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product managers and developers to grasp project requirements and user needs. - Generating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. - Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback for iterative design enhancements. - Creating user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide design decisions. - Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets. - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. - Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design documentation. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. - Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be beneficial. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Detail-oriented with a keen interest in crafting exceptional user experiences. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
