Job Description
As the Jewelry Store Manager for one of Weekday's clients, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with order management and repair teams to ensure seamless service.
- Implement promotional campaigns and special offers as per business plans.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance evaluations to foster a positive, performance-driven retail culture.
Qualifications Required:
- 45 years of experience leading sales in a retail environment, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of jewelry market trends and consumer buying behavior.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in retail operations.
