You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based backend applications. Your key responsibilities will include building and exposing RESTful APIs and microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, performing code reviews, unit testing, and ensuring high code quality. Additionally, you will optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and queries.
Qualifications Required:
- 58 years of strong hands-on Java backend development experience
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API design principles
- Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
- Positive understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
