Role Overview:
Nomura is seeking a Credit Monitoring Specialist to join the International Wealth Management division. As a part of the newly created IWM Lending and Credit Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring bespoke credit conditions for structured financing transactions to support the sustainable growth of the IWM lending business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Net Asset Value for real estate financing and property loan transactions
- Monitor Loss Given Default exposure
- Monitor Loan-to-Value ratio
- Monitor Portfolio concentration
- Monitor Price triggers
- Monitor Liquidity triggers
- Monitor Volatility triggers
- Monitor Lending Value deviations
- Set and monitor transaction-specific limits
- Track progress of Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Provide feedback on credit condition setting during the loan origination process
- Develop, maintain, and enhance credit monitoring spreadsheets and tools
- Report all credit condition breaches to safeguard Nomura's balance sheet
Qualification Required:
- Undergraduate Degree from a Top Tier Institute
- Strong Excel / Macro / VBA skills preferred
