IT&D Senior Technical Analyst-Enterprise Network

As part of the Data Center & Global Connectivity team within the Global Platforms Organization of Reckitt, your role involves contributing to the optimization of the global network for seamless, fast, and reliable connectivity across the RECKITT IT landscape. This aims to establish a secure platform for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), standardized policy management, and enhanced end user experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

• Assess new technologies and best practices for adoption in areas such as DATA, Voice, Security, and Cloud.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for briefings, issue escalation, and complex solution development.
• Develop strategies, technical direction, and engineering solutions for enterprise-wide data networking and data security services to meet key business requirements.
• Lead the development and execution of Architecture, Engineering, and Operational roadmaps for global data networking and data security services, ensuring alignment with business architecture/direction.
• Provide technical leadership for implementing end-to-end network data and security infrastructure solutions utilizing advanced technologies like SDWAN, SDACCESS, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), and Cloud.
• Offer technical solutions for implementing high availability network solutions to support voice, data, and cloud application security convergence.
• Make clear and concise recommendations to address performance and scaling bottlenecks.
• Provide escalation support for troubleshooting and resolving network data and security issues as required by other infrastructure support teams.
• Stay updated on data network security technologies to deploy cost-effective solutions aligned with business direction.

**Skills required:**

• 10+ years of experience in Network Architecture and Solution Designing.
• Proficiency in IP Networking, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, SDN, SD-WAN, SDA, ZNTA.
• Deep knowledge of network management, network availability, and capacity planning.
• Experience with Zscaler SASE in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to deliver new security controls at a global enterprise scale for network and endpoint security.
