Job Description
As a System Architect for Enterprise Services including Treasury, Real Estate, and Audit Value Stream at your company, your role involves defining and communicating a shared architectural vision to support current and future business needs. You will collaborate with Agile teams to consider solutions, evaluate alternatives, and work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions aligned with architecture guardrails. Your responsibilities also include business analysis planning, requirements management, enterprise analysis, and solution assessment on large projects. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in planning, development, and high-level design of product solutions
- Establish system interfaces, data structures, data storage, integrations, cybersecurity considerations, and deployment approaches
- Define design guidelines for a continuous delivery pipeline
- Participate in solution planning, product demos, and inspect-and-adapt events
- Provide technical oversight, promote security, quality, and automation
- Conduct requirements gathering activities and ensure stakeholder needs are met
- Communicate requirements effectively to stakeholders, solution designers, and developers
To qualify for this role, you need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education
- 10 years of experience in the software industry with a track record of shipping high-quality products
Skills required for this role include:
- Extensive experience in software engineering best practices
- Expertise in Java, C#, C, and associated IDEs
- Knowledge of software design principles, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern development principles
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms
- Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations, and teams
