IT Quality Assurance Analyst Senior, Tosca Testing, Manufacturing

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Zebra, you will be responsible for leading test automation for web applications using Tricentis Tosca. You will leverage advanced Tosca capabilities to build resilient and maintainable automation in an Agile environment. Here's what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain automation frameworks using Toscas advanced features such as Vision AI for self-healing UI automation, Elastic Execution Grid for parallel runs, and API testing for end-to-end coverage. - Apply risk-based testing and model-based automation; create reusable modules and maintain shared libraries for scalability and speed. - Embed automation into pipelines like Azure DevOps/Jenkins; enable unattended and parallel execution with reliable reporting and dashboards. - Utilize Test Data Service (TDS) for dynamic, stateful data handling and robust data-driven testing. - Lead root cause analysis (RCA), stabilize flaky tests, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Coach teams on Tosca workspace optimization, reusable libraries, and self-healing strategies; enforce standards and guardrails. - Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and establish quality gates for releases. Qualifications Required: - 4 years bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 4+ years of hands-on QA experience with Tricentis Tosca automating web applications. - Strong proficiency in model-based test automation, reusable module design, and risk-based testing. - Practical expertise with Vision AI, Elastic Execution Grid, API Testing, TDS, and DEX/Launch for scheduling/distributed execution. - Solid knowledge of CI/CD integration and Agile/Scrum practices. - General experience with web development (HTML and CSS) for understanding UI structure and improving automation stability. - Experience with Tosca Copilot for accelerated test design/authoring and execution insights. - Experience with JIRA and test management tools like ALM Quality Center or qTest. - Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Tosca certifications such as AS2, AE2, TDS1/TDS2. - Experience optimizing Tosca workspaces, reusable libraries, and self-healing modules. - Knowledge of e-commerce and Sales & Marketing domains. - Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) processes and integrations.
