IT Networking Support

As an IT Support Engineer at Wellwork Workspaces Pvt Ltd, your role involves providing L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot Windows/Linux/Mac systems, printers, and enterprise applications such as HRIS, CRM, and ERP. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing multi-tenant VLAN network architecture, configuring LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points, and implementing VPNs, port security, and 802.1X authentication. Additionally, you will manage ISP coordination, dual WAN load balancing, failover setup, controller-based Wi-Fi solutions, and network performance optimization. Monitoring infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios, implementing QoS policies, supporting SD-WAN, hybrid cloud connectivity, structured cabling, and cybersecurity compliance will be part of your daily tasks. You will also handle Active Directory, Microsoft 365 user access controls, high-availability deployment, storage, virtualization architecture, backup, disaster recovery strategies, and maintain documentation including network diagrams, IP schema, firewall rules, and asset inventory.
