As an experienced IT Support Engineer, your role at Wellwork Workspaces Pvt Ltd will involve managing and supporting software, hardware, and multi-tenant networking infrastructure in a dynamic coworking environment. You will be responsible for providing L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, you will troubleshoot Windows/Linux/Mac systems, printers, and enterprise applications such as HRIS, CRM, and ERP. Your key responsibilities will include designing and managing multi-tenant VLAN network architecture, configuring LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points, and implementing VPNs, port security, and 802.1X authentication. You will also be involved in managing ISP coordination, dual WAN load balancing, failover setup, controller-based Wi-Fi solutions, network monitoring, QoS policies, SD-WAN, hybrid cloud connectivity, structured cabling, firewalls, endpoint protection, cybersecurity compliance, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 user access controls, high-availability deployment, storage, virtualization architecture, backup, disaster recovery strategies, and documentation maintenance. Furthermore, you will coordinate with vendors and ISPs for AMC, procurement, and troubleshooting, as well as support onboarding of new coworking tenants and enterprise clients.
