You will be responsible for managing the complete IT infrastructure at Maskoid Technologies. This includes handling office support, servers, networking, hosting, security, and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Daily troubleshooting for office IT support, including OS/software installation, hardware & inventory management - System & Network Administration tasks such as managing Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, LAN/Wi-Fi - Hosting & Server Management involving CPanel, Plesk, VPS, DNS, SSL, migrations, backups, and uptime monitoring - Basic WordPress Management tasks like installation, plugins, troubleshooting, and optimization - System Monitoring for server health checks, performance tracking, and alert systems - Backup & Security responsibilities including data backups, restoration testing, and endpoint security - Domain & Vendor Management tasks like handling domain renewals, SSL, hosting coordination, and documentation - Automation using Python for script development related to monitoring, reporting, and repetitive tasks Qualifications Required: - Strong IT hardware & desktop troubleshooting skills - Windows/Linux server administration expertise - Networking & firewall configuration knowledge - Hosting & DNS expertise - Basic understanding of WordPress & Python - Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities You will be responsible for managing the complete IT infrastructure at Maskoid Technologies.
