Job Description
We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Meet quality and performance targets.

Document customer interactions in CRM systems.

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory).

Strictly No Freshers.
-
Domestic BPO experience will not be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Willingness to work in night shifts and graveyard shifts.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills:

Neutral accent with clear pronunciation.

Ability to handle irate customers professionally.
