Job Description
You are looking for a Legal Intern (Corporate Law) to join Makeo and work closely with the legal and business teams. This is a great opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal functions within a fast-growing healthcare startup.
- Assist in drafting & reviewing contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, employment contracts)
- Conduct legal research on corporate & healthcare laws
- Support compliance and documentation processes
- Work closely with HR, operations, and business teams
- Assist in handling legal communications and basic litigation support
Qualification Required:
- LLB / LLM students or recent graduates
- Strong interest in Corporate Law & Compliance
- Good drafting and research skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
Location: Mumbai
Duration: 36 months (extendable)
