Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in the companys products/services.
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development / Lead Generation roles.
  • Prior experience in SaaS / IT / Tech sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle cold calling and lead qualification.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
