Job Description
As an Inside Sales Management Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in transforming sales into a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Your responsibilities will include leveraging digital tools and platforms for Digital Inside Sales, such as email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. Your goal will be to effectively engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions, manage leads efficiently, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is not only cost-effective but also scalable, aligning with modern sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for lead/opportunity generation through conducting calls, sending emails, connecting via social media, scheduling first meetings, conducting customer surveys, identifying event participants, and raising awareness of products or offerings on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of biases, and in the best interest of client policies.
- Problem-solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify challenges, analyze data, and devise effective solutions. Sound judgment and timely decision-making skills.

As an Inside Sales Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for various roles and responsibilities:
- Conducting Huddles: Leading daily Pre-Shift and Post-Shift meetings.
- Task Management Guidance: Providing daily guidance to team members on managing tasks efficiently.
- Target Achievement: Communicating sales goals and leading the team to meet defined targets.
- Performance Reviews: Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
- Training and Quality Coordination: Collaborating with training team and Quality Analysts.
- SOPs and Documentation: Creating/managing Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation.
- Individual Connects: Holding regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Performance Reporting: Generating comprehensive reports about team performance.
- Reporting: Providing insights and data for business review presentations.
- Leave Management: Implementing a planned approach for managing team shrinkage.
- Attendance Tracking: Accurately tracking team attendance for billing purposes.
- Time Sheet Validation: Validating team time sheets fortnightly with 100% accuracy.
- Security and Data Protection: Ensuring adherence to security and client data protection measures.
