Job Description

As an Inside Sales Coordinator at ToolClinic.in, your role involves managing all activities from pre-sales offer preparation and coordination through post-sales installation, service, customer support, and revenue generation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless coordination among internal teams, customers, and the head office to deliver timely, high-quality support throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: - Pre-Sales Support: - Prepare and submit general and special machine offers to customers. - Coordinate with the Headoffice team for special machine quotations and technical clarifications. - Liaise with internal engineers to ensure project feasibility and timely offer submission. - Present, negotiate, and finalize offers with customers while maintaining competitive positioning. - Order Management: - Handle the complete order booking process with Head office. - Coordinate dispatch arrangements and ensure timely delivery. - Confirm readiness of machines and installation schedules with customers. - Post-Sales Coordination: - Organize and supervise machine installation and commissioning. - Coordinate with customers for system startup and successful operation validation. - Schedule and arrange service visits and preventive maintenance programs. - Arrange remote service support for quick resolution of technical issues. - Plan and deploy service engineers to customer sites as required. - Customer Relationship & Revenue Responsibilities: - Manage after-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Promote and close Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service revenue opportunities. - Follow up with customers for payments and ensure timely collection. - Administration & Reporting: - Maintain accurate documentation of offers, orders, and service activities. - Report project status, revenue generation, and open issues to management regularly. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will support the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals, coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, follow up on orders, deliveries, and client requirements, prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records, handle documentation, and assist in daily sales operations. Requirements: - Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
