Job Description
As an Information System Specialist at Cohere Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of services and infrastructure within the companys corporate environment. Your responsibilities include learning, maintaining, and documenting information related to systems, software, applications, and processes used across the organization. You will be the frontline support for internal requests, responding to issues and escalating to Systems Administrators when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within companys established standards, procedures, and guidelines to deliver service to staff
- Fulfill service requests in a highly customer-service oriented manner
- Monitor, respond to, and escalate service issues promptly
- Follow proper ticketing procedures and best practices
- Improve and develop documentation for systems and services
- Participate in training to stay updated on existing and new technologies
- Assist with inventory management, asset tracking, and onboarding new employees
- Collaborate with Project Managers to provide technical knowledge and assistance
- Support Systems Administrators with day-to-day activities and projects
- Communicate complex technical solutions to all levels of management
- Process onboarding and offboarding of users, streamlining workflows
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Mac & PC desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise wireless devices, including iOS and Android platforms
- Proficient in troubleshooting and setup of Mac systems, including support services such as Jamf
- Knowledge in Google Workspace, Mac environments, Fortigate Firewall, Cisco switches, Zoom, AWS, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience working with ticketing systems and managing security-related incidents
- Understanding of networking technologies, configurations, and security best practices
- Working knowledge of VOIP concepts
- Ability to manage security-related incidents effectively
