Information Security Program Manager

Role Overview: As a Security Engineering and Operations Manager at TMUS Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading, hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineering and operations teams. You will be responsible for driving innovation in cybersecurity tools and platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Your role will involve collaborating with Principal Engineers and Architects to translate technical strategy into actionable roadmaps, establishing and governing cyber tooling operations and practices, and overseeing security tooling architecture and design reviews. Additionally, you will guide the usage of AI and ML within security tooling automation and enforce cloud platform standards across AWS and Azure. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, hire, mentor, and develop security engineering and operations teams - Own delivery and operational outcomes for security products and services - Drive adoption of operational excellence across cybersecurity tooling - Establish and govern cyber tooling operation and practices - Oversee security tooling architecture and design reviews - Guide AI and ML usage within security tooling automation - Set and enforce cloud platform standards across AWS and Azure - Track and communicate service, delivery, reliability, and security KPIs - Collaborate with product, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance stakeholders - Foster a culture of operational engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, software engineering, or platform engineering roles - 3+ years of people management experience, leading and scaling technical teams - Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including identity - People leadership and team development skills - Experience managing or supervising a team of 10-15 or more security engineers - Robust understanding of zero trust technologies and cybersecurity platforms - Ownership of delivery, reliability, and security outcomes - Experience in cybersecurity platform and automation - Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills Additional Details: TMUS Global Solutions is a world-class technology powerhouse that focuses on accelerating the companys global digital transformation.
