Job Description
As a seasoned professional in Information/Cyber Security, your role at Capgemini Invent will involve being part of the Digital Trust and Security team. You will be required to manage client-facing cybersecurity programs, provide strategic advisory, and enhance security capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cybersecurity engagements for clients, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with their business and security goals.
- Manage the delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring high-quality service, timely execution, and compliance with client expectations.
- Oversee risk assessments for clients and ensure the implementation of security controls that meet industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Mentor and develop the internal cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to communicate security risks, program progress, and recommend improvements.
- Drive the adoption of new security technologies and best practices, positioning the organization as a thought leader in cybersecurity services.
- Lead the development of cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs and collaborate with sales and account teams to identify new business opportunities.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in Information security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12-16 years of experience in Information/Cybersecurity, with at least 7 years in a client-facing leadership role within a consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Proven track record in managing complex security programs for large clients.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or PMP are highly preferred.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
