HVAC Site Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for complete supervision of installation activities related to air conditioning and ventilation systems at the site. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of the site, including quantities, activities, scope of work, and drawings. Your primary duties will include prioritizing site execution activities, coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality installation, and certifying measurements. Key Responsibilities: - Have complete knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems - Supervise installation activities at the site - Prioritize site execution activities based on site clearances - Understand approved drawings for the site from all aspects - Provide daily progress reports and photos to management - Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and proper installation - Ensure proper measurement of works and certification from the client - Certify measurements of vendors to align with budgeted costs - Coordinate handover formalities of the site to the client - Conduct regular site check-ups during the defect liability period Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of experience in HVAC site supervision - Residing in Mumbai - Full-time availability for on-site posting in and around Mumbai Please note that the salary for this position will be based on the candidate's experience.
