**Role Overview:**
As a Pharmaceutical HR Manager at NuVvaGen Bioscience (P) Ltd, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary focus will be on aligning HR strategies with business goals, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring retention and development of valuable employees. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with regulations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development. Your role is crucial in maintaining a talented and engaged workforce in a highly competitive and regulated industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic HR & Talent Management:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build a strong talent pipeline by attracting skilled personnel in the pharmaceutical industry
- Focus on retention and development of employees through various programs
- **Recruitment & Onboarding:**
- Design targeted recruitment campaigns to find candidates with specific qualifications
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate quickly and effectively
- **Employee Relations & Compliance:**
- Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations
- **Additional Responsibilities:**
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Identify training needs and develop programs for employee development
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in recruitment, workforce planning, and employee onboarding
- Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ability to develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Prior experience in an HR managerial role, ideally within the manufacturing or similar industry
- Must be located near Borivali
- Minimum 5 years of Pharma/Nutraceuticals manufacturing recruitment and management experience
- Strong recruitment skills for marketing team positions (MR, BDM B2B, PMT, ASM, RSM)
