**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Pharmaceutical HR Manager at NuVvaGen Bioscience (P) Ltd, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary focus will be on aligning HR strategies with business goals, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring retention and development of valuable employees. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with regulations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development.
