Human Resource Analytics Specialist

As a Human Resource Analytics Specialist at MTX Group Inc., you will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to support deliverables for special projects related to firm People Strategy. This includes framing key issues, designing analytic approaches, executing analysis, and communicating insights and implications to key stakeholders. You will collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, analyze data for trends and patterns, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Additionally, you will spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions, act as a point of contact for ad hoc people data requests, and collaborate with various People Functions to support ongoing operational analytics efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with leadership to support deliverables for special projects related to firm People Strategy - Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources - Analyze data for trends and patterns - Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations - Spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions - Act as a point of contact for ad hoc people data requests - Collaborate with People Functions to support ongoing analytics efforts - Design and service Tableau dashboards for visualizing data - Lead systems assessment and implementation as needed Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in an analytical role (HR experience or internal/external consulting experience preferred) - Experience in job classification, compensation, recruitment, selection, training, benefits, and/or compliance preferred - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Superb analytical skills with hands-on experience analyzing large datasets - Expertise in PPT and Excel - Experience with HRIS - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to develop strategic recommendations - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively - Professionalism and integrity at all times MTX Group Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes group medical insurance, maternity cover, personal accident policy, parental medical insurance, cashless facilities, free online doctor consultation, and professional development opportunities through various certifications.
