Role Overview:
OneMetric (formerly Growtomation) is looking for a HubSpot Strategist to collaborate with their RevOps and GTM teams in creating, implementing, and enhancing HubSpot-driven solutions for B2B clients. This position is suitable for individuals with substantial hands-on experience in HubSpot, who thrive in problem-solving, system thinking, and translating business needs into scalable CRM and automation structures. As a HubSpot Strategist, you will be accountable for overseeing HubSpot implementations from start to finish and serving as a trusted advisor to clients across Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Design and optimize pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and automations
- Manage CRM architecture, data models, and hygiene best practices
- Configure lead routing, scoring, and attribution frameworks
- Handle HubSpot integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Stripe, or other GTM tools
- Assist in migrating from other CRMs and marketing platforms to HubSpot
- Work closely with clients to grasp business objectives and convert them into effective HubSpot solutions
- Collaborate with internal RevOps, growth, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications Required:
- 2-5+ years of practical experience with HubSpot across one or more hubs
- Sound knowledge of RevOps, CRM operations, and GTM workflows
- Proficiency in workflows, custom properties, reporting, and dashboards
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or automation tools like Zapier, Make, etc.
- Previous experience working with B2B SaaS or service-based clients
- Ability to autonomously manage projects and engage with multiple stakeholders
