Job Description
As an experienced recruitment professional, you will play a crucial role in the HRIS migration support project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with HRIS project teams to map recruitment workflows, data fields, and integrations.
- Assisting in data cleansing, validation, and migration of recruitment-related data.
- Testing recruitment modules in the new HRIS for accuracy and functionality.
- Providing feedback to the HRIS implementation team for system usability improvements.
Moreover, you will be involved in change management and training by:
- Training recruiters and hiring managers on the new HRIS recruitment module.
- Developing user guides and SOPs for post-migration recruitment operations.
- Acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and user support during the transition period.
In terms of recruitment operations, your role will encompass:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes during the HRIS transition.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Maintaining candidate data in both legacy and new HRIS systems.
- Supporting job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management within the new HRIS.
**Qualifications:**
- 35 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
- Prior involvement in HRIS implementation, migration, or process optimization projects preferred.
- Strong data management and Excel/reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
