Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders to drive talent development, enhance workforce productivity, and foster a positive work culture. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities:
- Act as an HR advisor to business leaders, understanding their objectives and developing HR strategies to support them.
- Work closely with management to drive initiatives in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that reflect business needs and ensure legal compliance.
- Oversee talent review processes, succession planning, and performance management to identify and retain high-performing employees.
- Facilitate career development discussions and collaborate with L&D to design training programs for skills enhancement.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Partner with managers to implement performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on effective feedback practices, and manage performance improvement plans.
- Support organizational changes by ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate HR records, and handle sensitive HR matters confidentially.
- Utilize HR data to provide insights and metrics to management on turnover, engagement, and performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, proficiency in HRIS and data analytics, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
In addition to the above, you will need to demonstrate competencies in strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, adaptability, resilience, collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills. Your experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be an added advantage.
