Job Description
You are an experienced HR Business Partner who will provide strategic HR advice and support to Sales leaders. Your role is crucial in driving business transformation, nurturing leadership talent, and fostering a culture of 'Performance with Care.' You should be a proactive partner translating business objectives into effective people plans.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Provide dedicated HR support to a Sales Region/Business Unit.
- Influence strategic people priorities by leveraging business and HR solutions, focusing on sales productivity and talent retention.
- Coach leaders and managers to cultivate a culture of 'Performance with Care' and provide advice on people-related decisions.
- Develop capabilities and succession/talent pipelines with a special emphasis on increasing female representation and internal growth.
- Establish India as a talent exporter and facilitate movements for regional and global roles.
- Conduct Annual Strategic Workforce planning and collaborate with the TA COE to create proactive talent pools.
- Drive key HR processes such as performance management, development, succession planning, engagement, as well as compensation and bonus administration.
- Prioritize employee wellbeing and advocate for a creative, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
- Proactively engage with the Sales workforce through regular field visits to enhance employee connection.
- Lead change and transformation initiatives, managing culture change and supporting the overall transformation journey.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to customize HR solutions according to specific business needs.
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters with care and efficiency.
**Skills Required:**
- MBA in HR from a premier institute.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, encompassing HR Generalist & COE roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR for Sales teams in a multinational setting.
- Engaging personality with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
