Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences on various digital platforms. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in creating user-centered designs and wireframes for web and mobile platforms. - Expertise in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices. - Ability to conduct user research, interpret usability testing, and present design ideas. - Proficiency in prototyping, creating mock-ups, and collaborating with developers. - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design execution. - Familiarity with design systems and atomic design principles (Nice to Have). - Experience with animation and interaction design tools (Nice to Have). - Knowledge of user behaviour analytics tools such as Hotjar or Google Analytics (Nice to Have). - Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks for collaborative design and development (Nice to Have).
